Step 3 — Review & Refine Your Design

Major changes that significantly alter the original brief, materials, or budget may require a revised quotation.
Production begins only after the final design and applicable price have been confirmed.
Step 4 — Handcraft, Prepare & Ship
Once you approve the final design, we will begin preparing your piece.
Your Custom Crystal Jewelry will be assembled according to the confirmed design and measurements, carefully inspected, packaged, and prepared for shipment.
Our current target is to prepare approved designs for shipment promptly, although production times may vary depending on material availability, design complexity, order volume, and the destination.
Tracking information will be provided when applicable after your order has been dispatched.
Design Drafts & Revisions
Your customization service includes up to four initial design concepts based on the information you provide.
Reasonable revisions are available so the final design better reflects your aesthetic preferences.
Because natural crystals vary from piece to piece, the exact color, transparency, pattern, inclusions, and surface characteristics of the physical stones may differ slightly from photographs or digital design references.
These variations are natural characteristics rather than manufacturing defects.
Deposit & Final Payment
A design deposit may be required before personalized design work begins.
The deposit will be credited toward the final purchase price of your completed custom piece.
Because time and creative work are invested in personalized design concepts, the deposit becomes non-refundable once custom design work has begun, except where otherwise required by applicable law or stated in our store policies.
The final price may vary depending on crystal type, bead size, quantity, design complexity, hardware, materials, and other customization choices.
Any remaining balance must be paid according to the terms provided with your final design quotation before the completed product is shipped.
